At Nordic-Arabia, we believe that true transformation begins with understanding of people, cultures, and the dynamic forces that shape our societies. As a global consultancy operating across the Middle East, Scandinavia, and beyond, our mission is to bridge divides, build competencies, and bring clarity to complexity through specialized services in culture coaching, translation, staff and leadership training, student mentoring, business development, and strategic consultancy in Middle East investments.
With more than 25 years of experience in management consultancy, cross-cultural training, and community development, I’ve had the honor of helping organizations and governments navigate the profound challenges of integration, diversity, and innovation. At the heart of our work is a deep commitment to fostering inclusive environments where both individuals and institutions can thrive.
From delivering tailored cultural gap training in Sweden to mentoring young talents, equipping civil servants, and advising businesses entering the Middle Eastern market, our work spans sectors and borders – but always with the same goal: to empower through knowledge, strategy, and empathy.
As CEO of Nordic-Arabia, I take pride in leading a team that is as diverse as the communities we serve. Our multilingual, multicultural approach is not just a methodology – it is who we are.
